Payment and delivery

All our items are made to order within 10 business days. If you need an order before a certain date, please contact us by e-mail: lutikiseries@gmail.com. Customised items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Ukraine:

Free shipping (1-2 business days).

International delivery:

Standard - $30 (10-18 business days).

We entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers (depending on your country). We are not liable for any local taxes, which must be paid according to the destination country's legislation.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or holidays. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe, and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all orders are shipped out of UKRAINE (not EU country). Payment can be carried out with Visa/Master Card credit card.
