Returns

Lutiki has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. The returned product with the tags has to be sent by the buyer with a trackable post service at their own expense. Please contact us at lutikiseries@gmail.com for your return.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.

Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. Clients choose the courier on their own, taking into account that the parcel must be delivered within 10 days. The brand is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization number. To receive a return authorisation number, e-mail lutikiseries@gmail.com and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Individually ordered goods are not subject to return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its original condition. Goods that are returned with damages may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer. In cases not covered by this Delivery And Return Policy, issues are solved individually by negotiations of the parties.
